Description:
This 1-hour webinar is designed to provide a basic understanding of the scope, structure, characteristics, and maintenance of MedDRA. MSSO MedDRA tools are introduced as well. In addition, this course provides an overview of coding with MedDRA and the application of MedDRA in data retrieval and analysis, including the use of Standardised MedDRA Queries (SMQs).

This course is designed for:
MedDRA users who are interested in a general overview of MedDRA and its applications. This webinar is not intended to provide specialized training in coding or analysis -- for these needs, consider one of the other MedDRA coding or query webinars. This course may be of particular interest to drug safety/pharmacovigilance professionals, clinical research associates, clinical operations managers, regulatory affairs professionals, clinical data managers, programmers, statisticians, and medical writers.
